Adil Ahmed Mughal

Adil has more than 5 years of experience as Software Engineer & is currently playing role of Architect at Telenor Pakistan. He graduated in Computer Science from University of Karachi and has completed MS from FAST- NUCES. Due to his technical leadership in online and offline technical communities, he has been thrice awarded as Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) by Microsoft Corporation.  He is also International .NET Association (INETA) User Group Leader and shares his experience on software construction at http://www.adilmughal.com

Faisal Nasim

Faisal is a graduate of NED University and currently working in Microsoft (HQ) as Software Development Engineer in Bing Team.

Laiq Ahmed

Laiq have more than 5 years of industry experience. He is currently working in Matrix Systems as Principal Software Engineer, leading VC++ and Java teams. He has been a visiting faculty member of University of Karachi.

Munir Usman

Munir is the founder and CEO of Pi Labs, a mobile development company based in Asia. He has many years of experience in Web and Mobile development in consumer and enterprise domain and his company has recently launched a popular iPhone game "Candy Pot'. Munir has also been awarded Microsoft MVP award fifth time in 2012 and he is an active member in Microsoft developer communities in Pakistan. His profile can be accessed at http://about.me/munir

Connecting Your Apps with Database

On the feedback of students, on 6th October 2011, DevNext volunteers at NED organized a free session for students of Computer and Information System (CIS) to help them in their project work and to especially answer their “How to” queries in connecting their applications with different database systems such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.

Sessions on Web Development using ASP.NET

On request of students from NED University of Engineering and Technology, DevNext User Group recently organized two day sessions on Web Development using ASP.NET at NED University. The sessions were held on 12th and 19th March, 2011.

The purpose of facilitating such sessions was to provide students firm understanding of web architecture and development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS and ASP.NET.

We would like to thank speaker and our volunteers at NED University for organizing such useful sessions.

Hi, I'm Kiran Fatima, student of Computer Information System Department at NED University of Engineering and Technology. I have great interest in programming and Web designing.  And I want to pursue my professional career in the field of Software Engineering.

I enjoy working on Programming based languages and I am working hard to be an expert. Besides it; I am good in communication and have great problems solving skills. I like to take responsibility and always persist with the task until it is achieved.

I am very interested in mobile networking and cloud computing, which is the current trend. I am student of third year of Computer Engineering and I have done internship in summer of second year.

My hobbies are surfing, hang out with friends, go out wherever possible and adjust quickly with new people and make friends. Passionate about me and others to get to know well about their field so that they could make out something innovative and competitive, want to know about the latest technology developed in the world.

Most of the times attend each IT seminar to get well to know in which direction we are heading through.  I read computer magazines like Spider, dawn newspaper, articles etc. I mostly like to know and understand the human nature.
